Pasteurized cream 38% (2L.)

Description

Pasteurized cream with a fat content of milk of 38%, from cow's milk. It shows an homogeneous, creamy and liquid appearence. When mounting, it doubles its volume. It has a variety of applications in hot and in cold. Recommended for cake shops and restaurants.
